Late Policy

We value your time and strive to provide punctual services to all our patients. Please take note of our late policy:

We have a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this grace period, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment as scheduled.

If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee that your full treatment can be completed as originally planned. This may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule your appointment.​

If a patient is more than 20 minutes late to their appointment, it will be considered a NO-SHOW, and they will forfeit their deposit fee and will not be credited towards future treatments.
