Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate the opportunity to provide personalized care. To ensure we can accommodate all patients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a $100 fee. By booking your appointment, you authorize LUVRA Aesthetics to charge the credit card on file for this fee when applicable.

This fee must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
